So how does this work?

Molecular Thinking uses a unique, effective technology to help you brainstorm with your friends, colleagues, and other Molecular Thinkers.

When you set up a brainstorm, you do two things: invite people to help, and add Word Atoms, which are words, concepts and phrases that are related to the brainstorm, but that aren't necessarily polished ideas.

Molecular Thinking will take all these Word Atoms and randomly recombine them into Idea Molecules, showing you associations and connections that you would not see otherwise!

When you see a new Idea Molecule that sparks an idea, just add it to the brainstorm. You and your fellow brainstormers can then vote and comment on it, allowing you to further refine everyone's suggestions and come up with the best idea.

So check out this cool Brainstorm where you can try using Molecular Thinking:

Yo, I need a name for my boy band!

Just click on the reload button to try different combinations of Word Atoms. When you're done, be sure to click the "Go Back to Brainstorm" link to see all of the ideas that have been suggested already, and their votes and comments.

Did you see an idea you like? Great! Just Sign Up to be a Molecular Thinker and start adding your ideas, votes and comments, and start creating your own brainstorms...
